GroupWise5.5 on Windows ME

Using the Netware Client 3.3 on a Wiindows ME machine.
Attempting to install Groupwise Client 5.5 I get the following error:

GroupWise 5 Setup
Can't Create process
C:\Novell\Groupwise\Grpwise.exe

I tell it OK and the install process completes and askes me if I want to run Groupwise.
"Yes" gives the following Error:

Error Starting Program
A required DLL file G

http://WWWW1.DLL

was not found.

Any Ideas?
