This is a nice way to handle this but we're adding about 3-5000 users that will only have WebAccess accounts - how would you do a similar process where there is no client invloved on the far end???

Webaccess uses html and java.
Edit the index.html page in webaccess folder to goto
your message for a moment, then the default page.
