Groupwise webaccess

Hello,
I am having an issue with opening attachments with Groupwise webaccess. Every time a user goes to open an attachment, they get a "Unavailable: Unable to open attachment because server is busy. Try again later." message. However, when I go to Save As and save the document, open it with the appropriate program, it works fine. Is there a way that I can get the attachments to open when the View option is clicked instead of the Save As option?

What version of GroupWise and GroupWise Support Pack are you running? Are you also running the GW Enhancement Pack?

We are running Groupwise 6.0.0. with no GW Enhancement Packs.

I took a look at the TID mentioned above and I will give it a shot. However, now I seem to be having yet another problem. I am getting complaints that various users are not able to log in via web access. They get a "username and password not current". But, when I log them in from work, they get on just fine. Not every user is experiencing this issue, just a hand full of people. I did restart the webaccess NLM, but it didn't seem to help. Is this possibly a problem with these user's home PCs?

According to your post, its seems you have not installed the GroupWise 6 SP1, which is the latest Support Pack available for GW6.
