GroupWise WebAccess missing Date and Time

What has to be done to make WebAccess, GroupWise 5.5 show date and time when users print e-mail? It seems to be missing.

The language is plain old English, US version.

We get:

From
To
Subject
Message.

What version of GW Support Pack do you have installed?

Do you have the Enhancement Pack loaded also?

Please advise.

I believe it is sp4 and we do not have the enhancement pack installed.

Novell shows that they are aware of the issue, but has not (At least not that I can tell) yet released a fix for it. Hopefully someone else will have dealt with this before!
