GroupWise Web access question

We recently enabled GroupWise Web access. We get an error that says: Error: Unknown Keyword: Get-Best-Agent
Anyone have a clue as to what this means? I checked Knowledgebase -nothing there.

I found that also but it really doesn't tell you what Get-Best-Agent means. Thanks for helping, though.

Couldn't find that exact error either, but this might lead you in the right direction.
