GroupWise Speed who too

I have a GroupWise server running 6.5 sp2 WebAccess how can i Test it speed. when trying to log on to the server it seems slow but I don't know if is the box itself or the connection it is now that is slow. I am working on getting a network traking tool now need some thing/ of the spect of a fast system to compear.

any help would be great.
