Hi everyone just wondering if someone can help me with GroupWise Rules. I am trying to create a holiday Rule in Groupewise so that only the internal users will be reply to. if a user within the company send an email he or she will receive a reply but not from the outside. for example hotmail, yahoo or any other email on the outside will not receive any reply.
 
you would need to block this in the gwia
ie turn the off the option for allow rule generated messages
 
If you are looking for a Rule to not reply to external email you would need to create a new rule. On Received Items: Item Types: Mail then click on the "Define Conditions..." button. Using the dropdown box choose From Matches *@*.*. Then under Add Actions choose "Stop Rule Processing".

Now add a second rule with instructions for the internal reply.
