Groupwise rules - Send mail if ....

Hi all

Can aynone assist please? I would like to set up a rule on a GW6 account; this account receives mail for a Help Desk and items are automatically opened and answered (most of the time).

The rule needs to determine either
a) mail unopened for > 10 minutes
or
b) more than two items unopened mail

then send an email message to a Supervisor.

Any ideas?
