Groupwise Refresh

We are running Novell Groupwise 5.5 SP3 on Windows 2000 workstations and Novell Netware 5.1 SP3 server.

I have a few users that occasionally are notified of messages but have to press F5 to refresh the screen in order to see the new messages. Another user sometimes reads all new mail but the envelope showing new mail does not go away until the screen is refreshed.

yeah..it's pretty tough to have to hit the F5 key sometimes.. :-O
