GW 5.5 loaded on Win2000 machine. Open a msg, then select Print Item from the file menu. GW goes into a loop spewing page after page of blank (empty) print. Cancelling GW does not stop it. Continues to spew print even after GW ends, which takes forever as the machine is pretty well pegged. Even after GW ends (from Task Manager) so much has been queued/spooled, you cannot get into printers to cancel the printout as the machine is pegged. Have to power off machine (ouch), power off printer, reboot the machine, go into the printer folder to delete the output, and still put up with 25 more blank pages.
If you select file, then PRINT (not print item) it works just fine.
