Groupwise printer could not be found

I am using Groupwise 5.5.4 and my default printer is a HP 4100tn. When I want to print an e-mail it gives me a error message "The printer could not be found" it only happens when my default is a HP 4100tn of I change it to a HP 2200d it works fine. The driver I am using came from the 4100 disk.
Driver name: 4100 PLC6

Is there a fix for this...

Check the hp website for updated drivers. You could also try installing the postscript drivers from the cd.
