GroupWise Only Works from WebAccess

I have a user that can access mail from her laptop; however, she cannot send anything. All items show pending at status properties. But she has absolutely NO problems sending or receiving from her WebAccess. We have run GWCheck, we have recreated her account and used the FID editor - to no avail! HELP!
 
if she goes onto another pc - does she get a prob

the fact that webaccess works clearly shows it's not account issue - as it's using exact same connection method

to me it's something client related on her pc
 
Thank you. We tried this. She has no problems from another PC. So, I uninstalled with Cleaning Agent and reinstalled. She has a Toshiba 6100 laptop with Windows 2000. Any chance Windows Messenger could be messing it up? Thank you.
 
not sure i'm not really a pc person but i know if i ever reinstall i always remove the windows messaging so that when i reinstall gw - it asks if you want it to be installed - say yes and get a fresh copy - let grpwise finish and then of course rerun the serv pack 4 and any other updates it knackeres
