GroupWise Not open HTML DOCS

okay here is the deal i have a user that has the html c3po installed and all the setting are exactly like mine in my client however links will not open in GW? any help would be appreciated...

The html c3po requires IE v4 or later. Do you have this installed?

What version? Is the user's client the same service pack as yours? I just ask because I've had users that didn't update to the new version when prompted.

We have just upgraded all workstations to Win2k and experienced a similar problem. Messages from Yahoo or Hotmail do not automatically open in the GW window. While in the GW message window it can be manually opened from File->Attachments->View...Novell Support site recommends a reinstall of the GW Client. To remove the GW Client you need to download the GroupWise Cleaning Agent. It is a free download and it will remove the program as well as the registry settings. Run the GW Cleaning Agent then reinstall the GW Client.

This has worked for the few workstations we have updated so far. I am not sure if the problem will reoccur in the future.
