GroupWise MTA issue

Scenario:

Primary Domain: GD-DOMAIN01
Secondary Domain: GD-DOMAIN02

I have an MTA running on both domains; each domain has one post office, which are both working correctly, individually (i.e., I can send messages to anyone within the post office without problem.)

In the Secondary Domain, I can actually see all of the users in the Primary Domain's post office, but not vice versa (i.e., from the Primary Domain's post office, I can't see users from the Secondary Domain's post office.)

Any clues?

I would look at your link configuration and ensure it is all there.

Check the status with in the MTA to ensure they are talking

Do a top down rebuild;
