GroupWise Messenger Install Error "Language File"

I'm trying to install GroupWise Messenger on a W2K machine and i'm getting the error "Unable to locate a valid language file" Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I have tried reinstalling, uninstalling (both Messenger and Groupwise) but nothing seems to work. The install has gone perfectly on 60 other machines in my office.

I can't find anything on the internet except one question like mine in a Novell forum that went unanswered. Help - I don't want to have to format this guys PC to get Messenger running.

I saw this a couple of times when we upgraded. You need to use the Groupwise Cleaning Agent to purge crap out of the registry.

Uninstall GW, run the agent, then reboot and reload.
