My users use document management and scan lots of documents into our doc. mgmt system daily and were always able to do that in GW 5. We bought new computers running XP and had to install GW 6 but have now realized that GW 6 does not have imaging. The default viewer in XP will not view all of the scanned documents that are in our repository from new to the ones years back. Most are fine but it seems key items cannot be viewed. Anyone know of a viewer that can read all forms of scanned images - .tiff, .jpg etc. that I can try so that at least they can view whats in there and whats added? We can work around scanning new documents by scanning them as .pdf and using Adobe to open them but I want my users to be able to view the old scanned images as well as the new ones. Please help. I also tried to install 5 and upgrade to 6 on the new machines but it seems that Imaging will not work/install on a 2000 or XP machine so you have no choice but to install 6.

Hi fixit..

There's a program called "Dimin Image Viewer 2.2.6" you can get for free @ Actually, if you search the site, there are quite a few free viewers.

I personally have not used it, but it claims to be able to support: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WIN and more.

Good Luck.
