Groupwise gwia.domain issues

hello,

i have an odd thing going on with our groupwise, at least its odd to me.
we have one user that when she sends out to anyone her email looks like this user.gwia.WPDOMAIN@email.com
instead of the normal user@email.com

what is going on?
im thinking it might be something with the return address having the gwia.domain in it, but i dont know where to see that.
any help would be grateful.

Check the user's GroupWise settings in ConsoleOne. It is probably set to over ride the standard Internet addressing.

That settings is set to Default , the box is unchecked.

not sure why but I renamed User in console1 to user2 and then renamed it back to user and it no longer puts gwia.WPDomain in the email address.. other than that internet addressing what could have caused that to happen?
