Groupwise Font

A strange thing is occuring on one users Groupwise. She types in her messages in Font Size 8, yet all recipients of her messages get Font size 10.
I cant replicate this on other machines.

Anyone seen this before? Should I try wiping out her Groupwise and reinstalling?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks

More information on the issue is needed; what version of GroupWise? do you users use plain text mode or HTML mode? What version of IE is on he system?

I did a search on

http://support.novell.com

and found a few hits that may help you out.

So on the web page, click on the Search text in the gray bar on the upper right side of the screen. Then in the drop down box, do a search with in the support area for GROUPWISE FONT SIZE

One of the TIDs there should be able to help you out.

We run version 5.2.5, Im pretty sure its Plain Text mode, and she is running Version 6 of IE.
