Groupwise Extract to PST

I need to migrate Groupwise mailboxes to PST files. I'm not concerned
with PABs or Archives. I've used the Exchange Migration Wizard but
the problems are these:

1.) The wizard requires a GW account with proxy access to all
mailboxes in the GW system. I've got approx 2000 mailboxes and just
cannot manually create proxy entries on a per client basis. There
must be a better way to achieve this!

2.) Once the wizard creates a PST, it generates a random password. It
then makes a csv file with the passwords for each PST. I cannot seem
to find a way to disable this feature. It would be incredibly
cumbersome to have to go into each and every PST to remove those
random passwords.

3.) The wizard will not import calendar/tasks/notes data. It creates
an SC2 file which needs to be individually imported on a by-user
basis.

I can live with #3, but has anyone else encountered #1 and #2? If so,
how did you go about working around this issue? I probably wouldn't
mind the laborous task if I had 200-300 mailboxes, but having
literally thousands of mailboxes makes me cringe at the thought of
working on each one individually! Help!!
