The problem keeps getting worse. Now incoming mail is showing an hour off. All server, workstation and GroupWise patches have been applied as well as the Time Zones. Anyone experiencing this issue.
We were informed by another state agency that
updating the DST Information in Console One / GroupWise and restarting the Post
Office fixed the 1-hour ahead email issue for them.
We updated Console One and just restarted our
Post Office and have resolved the issue.
Nexus, I accessed ConsoleOne, reapplied the DST time zone to the Post Office, restarted POA and MTA, closed GroupWise on my desktop and sent an e-mail, but it is still an hour ahead. Am I missing something?
