GroupWise Distribution Lists - for external receipiants. 1

I have a user who wants to create a 'group' for 25 people outside of our company.&nbsp;&nbsp;She wants to somehow create a group called &quot;State Contacts&quot; - then when she emails this group, all 25 people get the same email.<br><br>Is this something from within NWAdmin, I create as a Distibution List?&nbsp;&nbsp;Or, is there something to do locally with this user's address book?<br><br>Thanks in advance ~

If she is the only one that needs access to the group, then she open her address book, double-click on the names to put them in the TO list, then click SAVE GROUP.
