GroupWise Diaries problem

I have set up four users on the system for the four departments. For each department, we only use the Diary.
No one ever signs on as the Diary user, they only ever go into the diary via proxy.

Usually, when you put a task in your diary, if you haven't completed it, it moves along to the next day automatically. This doesn't happen in my Diary user diaries.

If I sign in as a dairy user, then the entries move to the right place.

Does anyone know any way I can fix this problem without having to sign in as each Diary user every morning?

In case any one else has this problem...

It turns out my system trys to do nightly user upkeep (moving stuff along to the next day etc.) whilst I have shut down GroupWise for the Backup to work properly.

I changed the time the nightly user upkeep is performed using this document:
