One of our users is having frequent trouble with GroupWise crashing. She's tried various computers and it still happens, so I'm thinking it must be her account. Everyone else has no problems with GroupWise.
Her GroupWise crashes while sending email, modifying rules and filters, etc. and it is quite random.
As of last night, I have done the following with her account, but to no avail:
1) Synchronize with NDS
2) Reset user options
3) Analyze/Fix with content
I'd try a few other things, but don't want to cause her any data loss...especially with some of the important emails she has on file.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
