I'm receiving the following error for several existing users and any new user
accounts I create when launching the GroupWise 5.5.4 client on my Citrix
MetaFrame servers:
Ole Object:
GroupWise is not properly installed. The Address Book component could not be
loaded.
Please run GroupWise setup, or contact your Systems Administrator.
After clicking "OK" they then receive the following error:
Attach Object:
Attachment control interface version does not match!
When attempting to open a new message they then receive this error:
GroupWise Error:
GroupWise cannot find the view 'D:\WTSRV\USML_S1.VIEW'.
Choose a new default mail view in options.
I'm running TSE 4.0 SP6 and Citrix MF 1.8 SP3. I am pretty sure that the problem
began after these upgrades were made about one month ago, although the problem
was only recently brought to my attention. Prior to that I was running TSE 4.0
SP5 and Citrix MF SP1.
I suspect the issue to be related somehow to Windows Messaging, but all my
attempts to fix the problem have been unsuccessful. I have even gone to the
extent of completely uninstalling the GroupWise client, reinstalling Windows
Messaging and reinstalling GroupWise. Any help or suggestions on how to resolve
the issue will be greatly appreciated.
