I have 5 Netware 5.1 servers containing POA and one of the 5 also has the MTA.
Everyone is able to log into their PO using Webaccess, except those whose account reside on the server containing the MTA. The error is "post office not available". It would seem as though there is aproblem with the POA on this server. In fact, my workaround is to move mobile users to one of the other servers. Any help please? This has been going on to long.....

You will need to set a password within groupwise (should be the same as the current password), then it should athenticate the user properly. HTH

My personal saying - Just remember, it can always get worse, and usually will.

Password for Groupwise already exists, but I did reset it
again just in case.
This problem persists...Any help????

When you say "reset" do you mean using an administration utility like Console One or NWAdmin? If so, you actually need to pull up the user's Groupwise mailbox and then go to Options and click on the Security button to set a password.

Password set from the user's mailbox option, and no problems logging in with Groupwise client. If you look at the original post, are there some spacific webaccess settings that would be different from the other servers or POA's, all the accounts on the other servers can log in, and it seems they all use the same MTA which is on this server(no MTA's on the other servers). Help
