To be able to restore GW to a completely rebuilt system you will need the Domain and PO directories of each domain and po in your system. If you only have one Domain and PO, then you will only need the Domain and PO directories and their entire contents. If you want to get technical, you could just backup the wpdomain.db file in the Domain dir, and backup the complete PO directory, but it is a little harder to rebuild.
