GroupWise Auto-retraction

I have another weird one.
Customer is seeing appointments that she has set, being automatically retracted at 12:00 midnight. They are also not in her sent items. They do appear in her calendar, but not in her sent. I have check her client settings. Everything is as it should be. No rule or anything else.
Checked knowledgebase. There is one TID but it is old and not applicable because we are running GW 6.5 SP4. This is the only person it is happening to.

Any ideas?

Just because you are running a newer version doesn't mean you shouldn't give a TID's suggestion a try. If it doesn't involve a service pack or hotfix, it might help in this situation. Just make sure you know how to revert.

I would check for an expiration date in the send options.
