Groupwise Attachment View Settings

I have a user that when she goes to attache a file in her email the view/browse window for the attachment lists all her files in a modified by date instead of alpha. I have changed her settings in explorer and her desktop so that everything is listed by name but still have this issue. Can you make the attachement window retain view settings? Her files were listing out in an alpha order previously. We are using GW 5.5. Her PC is XP Pro with GW 5.5 on it. I am unable to duplicate it on any other PC.
