We currently have users archives all over the place, mostly on our NAS. They have grown out of control. We are looking for a fast easy way to get these off and published (html?). Nexic has limitations. We have looked at GWArchive - very expensive. Can you please (please) suggest any other EASY way to get a users archive off the network and published so we can just hand them a DVD or two and start over with a new archive locked down in a new location. We are talking about a HUGE number (over 7000 users) etc. Some users have multiple archives. I am pulling my hair out and extremely frustrated that I can't find a easy solution to this huge problem.
Any help will possibly save me from an extended hell on earth.

With 7000 users you're going to have to anticipate a somewhat pricey solution. GWArchive, in my opinion, is your best option. Gwava is releasing a solution pretty soon that may work, but I don't know the cost or whether it is any good.

Natively, its very difficult to control archives. But one thing you could do is configure the archive options, set to a certain network location (home drive, whatever), then lock everything down so it can't be changed. It's not going to be your best long term option, but may help.
