GroupWise archive trash not emptying

Hey there,

It's the first time I've seen this, a user has about 150 messages in their archive trash, and it's not emptying. We've tried just right clicking on the trash bin and choosing "empty trash", and we've also tried highlighting all the messages and right click deleting them. Even waited overnight to see if it was just taking a long time processing the request.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I've had this happen a few times.
I've had to move them to a different folder and, in one case, I had to unarchive them then delete them.
