Groupwise and Printing

Hi

Well we have installed PEERNet print to TIFF, so that users can print e-mails to TIFF format so that they can be saved into Doc_Mgt System.

Well the problem we are having is win95 PC's Groupwise 5.2/5.5, well Groupwise is not using the settings that have been set for the printer in the printers folder.

Printing to TIFF is set to 300 pixels but when checking printing through Groupwise it jumps to 600 pixels.

Any Ideas, any ways to sort it out.

The problem is on some PC's it working fine nut on most its not.

Ok what I have sussed out is that if u set the printer (print to TIFF one as default) then the settings are fine.

But we do not want it as default.
