Groupwise 7 printing problem

I have recently upgraded my users to GW7 from GW6 and have a problem when printing hyphens(-) or underscores (_) in email addresses! On screen they display properly, however when you print the email the hyphens print out as two commas and underscores print out as hyphens! Someone please help as this is driving me nuts!

I haven't used GW in almost 2 yrs. (v6.0) but used to hang out there. That's were all the big GW guns are.
