Groupwise 6.5 Won't Install Properly

I am trying to install Groupwise 6.5. Once the process in Console One sucessfully completes, the GroupWise dialog box on the server shows this message: "A required file or directory is missing (DF10)" It says that it cannot find the wphost.db file. However, it is pointing to the correct directory "Data:Applications\GW\PO" and I can see the wphost.db when I browse through explorer. Thank you in advance for your help.

When you say "Once the process in Console One sucessfully completes," are you refering to the installation of C1 and the GroupWise snapins?
Are you making a fresh install of GW6.5, or is this an upgrade?

only use directories that have 8 caracters as long, if you have directories more long that this, you have this problem ( I tell you for personal experience :=) ).-
