Groupwise 6.5 webaccess

I have upgraded the groupwise 6.0 to 6.5 all went fine but having trouble with the webaccess side. after installing the webaccess upgrade inside the firewall all looked ok shows ver 6.5 but when I try to access the groupwise from the outside the webaccess still show up as 6.0. The way I see the system is with a web server on the outside of the firewall and the I/P is pointed to the firewall and the firewall redirects to the webaccess server with a secure login.The outside web server is a (Novell 6.0 running novell web program) I see no groupwise files on the web server. can someone shed any light on where the web server is picking up the groupwise 6.0 or what to look for.

Can you clarify the architecture? It really sounds like you have another system that you don't know about that is running maybe in the DMZ that is still running an old version.
