Groupwise 6.5 webaccess and Win2003 Server

We are running Groupwise 6.5, and we recently upgraded to Win2003 server. We haven't been able to get webacess to work since. Any solutions?

what we server are you running apache or iis

what errors are you getting, is the website functional?
is the webacess agent running?

running iis 6. the website is not functional, we get to the select a language page and after that we get error 404, page not found. Ys the webaccess agent is runnning.

is it using the default website or have you set it to use another website?

in iis manager can you have a look

also check the rights on the webpages - this error is normally the default page on website is not in the lookup order or you have no rights to it
