GroupWise 6.5 Client closes when printing using ndps printer

Windows 2000 workstation
Novell 5.1 server

User is submitting a print job to an ndps printer. GroupWise application suddenly closes, no error message displayed.

I have searched diligently and can't find anything that resembles this error on the Novell knowledgebase. The only resolution suggested was to re-install the client (which is probably the easiest solution). Any thoughts?
