I have a question regarding a groupwise resource and archiving. We recently upgraded to Groupwise 6.5. I have a user who is the owner of a resource. She had proxied into the resource mailbox and archived several emails. However, now when she tries to go into the archive directory by going to the File Menu, Open Archive is greyed out. Has anyonoe run into this problem or do they no of a fix?

GroupWise 6.5 and archiving in a resource

Well it allows your to archive. When you right-click on the email their is an option to "move to archive". I thought that as long as you are the owner of a resource then it was ok. You can see the directory it creates when you go in to windows explorer but I am just unsure how to get into the archive directory within the groupwise.
