I will assume that you are talking about inbound/outbound messages. Using ConsoleOne only, open the properties screen for your GWIA. Select the Access Control tab from the GWIA's properties screen. Underneath the "Class of Service" section, highlite the service you want to have an inbound, outbound or inbound/outbound message size restriction for and then click on "Edit". You will then be taken to a "Edit Class of Service" screen. Click on SMTP Incoming or SMTP outgoing tab and then select "Prevent Messages Larger Than". Enter the restriction size in the kbytes field then click "OK". I'm not sure if you need to restart GWIA in order for these changes to take affect. I don't beleive that you do, but it has been a while since I set these limitations on our system. Have a good one!
