I have and issue where users send Email to the I/S group letting the group know a user is having trouble with there computer. I wanted to setup a rule in the group to let the user know that the call was receive and will call them back. Is there some way to setup a rule for the group to send and auto reply back to the user. I tried to setup a user name and us it as the auto reply but only would work with a user to user reply.
