Groupwise 5.5sp4 to Exchange 2Ksp1 Migration

I am trying to migrate Groupwise users to Exchange 2k sp1 running on Win2K Advanced Server,but the Migration Wizard keeps stopping after filling in Groupwise Domain information..the hard drive grinds for about 15 seconds, then nothing else is happening on the screen.

Groupwise 5.5sp4 client is installed on the NT2K file server along with Gateway Services for Netware...I tried Novell client v4.80...and had the same problem..

Has anyone encounter this problem before? What am I missing?

Please help.
