I have a user that has proxy rights to 3 other users. She bring them up in the mult-user calendar view to see their appointments.
If a change needs to be made, she drags and drops the appointment to a new time and/or date. All seems fine. The "proxied" user looks at his calendar and sees the change, but also is given a note that indicates a new time and date for this appointment. The note does has the post portion greyed out. The user then deletes the note, but at that point the appointment is deleted!!
Does anyone know if this is a normal occurance? The only work around I have found is to tell the user to hit the "change" button, and change the note to an appointment and then hit post.
I don't like this work around and want to do something else.
