Hi, I have a problem with a hand full of users in their GroupWise when they try to reply to an external email it places brackets [ company name] and then the user email address. Of course this causes the email to become undeliverable. Has anyone experienced this problem before and what was your solution. Greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks again.

Are you sure the message isn't being delivered that way, so when you reply its automatically there?
Check in the Details of your Domain Object in the INTERNET ADDRESSING tab to see if everything looks like its supposed to. Do the same for the Users that are having issues.
What version of GroupWise are you running? According to Novell, both GroupWise 5.5 Support Pack 4 and 5 supposedly take care of this issue!

Are these users in a domain that belongs to the same system as the gwia or are they on an external domain. There was/is an issue with users in external domains and gwia addressing. Lee Smith
