We have a user using Groupwise 5.5sp2a. We have set her Frequent Contact properties to Auto-Save, Save addresses of items that are received and save From external sources (Internet) on many occasions. For some reason, when we check them a month or two later, these settings are disabled. I know that these settings are saved on the client workstation. Does ANYONE know how or why this is happening or how we can fix this problem?
