Groupwise 5.5 Frequent Contact Properties

We have a user using Groupwise 5.5sp2a. We have set her Frequent Contact properties to Auto-Save, Save addresses of items that are received and save From external sources (Internet) on many occasions. For some reason, when we check them a month or two later, these settings are disabled. I know that these settings are saved on the client workstation. Does ANYONE know how or why this is happening or how we can fix this problem?
 
Could you have these particular settings being being sent from you GroupWise System? In GroupWise View, right-click on your Domain Object and select Client Options. Check all of the settings to see if you have something set at this level that is stepping on the setting at the workstation level.

If you wanted to, you can set these options by individual User or by Domain, and then lock them down so the Users can't make changes to it.
