We have a Novell 4.11 environment running GroupWise 5.5. When an email is sent from one company user to another, and an error is made typing the address, it takes 6-7 days before a return notification is delivered to the sender stating that it is undeliverable. However, in duplicating the error, I tried the same address from my Yahoo may and my Yahoo account was notified immediately that the address was incorrect. Why would it tell Yahoo immediately that the address was wrong, but not tell someone within the same company???? Any help would be appreciated.
