I'm tring to install Groupwise 5.5.4 on win 2000 sp 2. it copys all the files for the setup but at the end where it trys to register the .dll's it comes comes up with the following errors:

loadlibrary failed
c:\novell\groupwise\gwcma1.dll

loadlibrary failed
c:\winnt\system32\gwmsp132.dll

then when you try and run groupwise it comes with a long error message saying that it couldn't load a certain procedure in the dynamic link library gwenv1.dll

Hi mviltan,

I hope this willsolve your problem:

Like other messaging products, GroupWise 5.5 uses MAPI to enable
e-mail functionality in Windows applications. MAPI is part of
the Windows Messaging System (WMS) and is not included on the
Windows 2000 CD.

This version of Windows Messaging (NTWMS.EXE) is for Windows NT4
and Windows 2000 machines. It should NOT be installed on Windows
95/98 machines. The version of Windows Messaging included on the
GroupWise 5.5 CD (WMS.EXE) is for Windows 95/98 and is NOT
compatible with Windows 2000.

IMPORTANT: NTWMS.EXE must be installed on Windows 2000 BEFORE
installing GroupWise 5.5.

Self-Extracting File Name: winntwms.exe
