GroupWise 5.5 Client evntmon errors

We are getting several calls from users who are getting the following error(s) when starting GroupWise 5.5 client:

evntmon:INITCURUSERINFO=20
An unknown error occurred(DESCRIPTION)

click OK, then:

evntmon:INITCURUSERINFO
Account.Object(SOURCE)

click OK and can proceed using GW.

I have searched Novell, the web and a couple of other places and not managed to find much. Any thoughts or insights?

What version of GroupWise Server and Client are you running? How about Support Packs for GroupWise?
