Anyone here using unified messaging?
I am currently using Groupwise 5.5 and Esnatech's Voicemail system
I setup unified messaging but there is a problem
Whenever I receive a voicemail, it's stored on the voicemail server, and it's SUPPOSED to copy the voicemail into the groupwise server's user's mailbox, but it's not. It sits on the voicemail server for maybe 30 seconds, then disappears
The esna downloads all the email headers from groupwise, and that works. If i receive an email to my corporate account (groupwise) it will successfully appear in my Esna
but the esna cannot copy messages to the groupwise mailbox
Esna uses Inbox and groupwise uses Mailbox, but according to Esna, it doesn't matter, because it's programmed to follow the folder IDs, not the folder names.
However, If I create a folder called INBOX in my groupwise, the voicemails from ESNA are copied over successfully into the inbox folder I created.
I thought it might have been a permissions problem, But I added the esna to the domain and gave it supervisor access as a test. Still nothing
I've been waiting on Esna for a solution, but I haven't heard from them yet. I am not sure which side is causing this issue
Anyone have any ideas?
