Groupwise 5.2 sometimes launching windows messaging on Citrix

I have a strange situation here. We have 2 Citrix servers that are load balance. Groupwise is installed in the same place on both servers. When using file, send from within word some users open the groupwise client and some open the windows messaging client. Our users have profiles setup so I am thinking it is in their profile somewhere but have compared and compared and can't find it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kristi

Do the same users always get the same result? ie: if user1 tries sending thru word (not mattering which Citrix server they are being served from) do they always get the same result?

Can you give more specifics on troubleshooting that you've used to narrow down. Have you noticed it from only 1 server and not the other? What about trying to send thru other mapi compliant programs?

Any answers to the above will help significantly.

Users get the same result no matter which server they are logged onto. For example, when I am logged onto either server and I click send to the groupwise client will launch. It works for some but not others. I have compared a working profile with a non working profile and I can't find anything different. I have deleted and recreated a profile with no luck. I have reinstalled groupwise and messaging on both servers with no luck. I am at a total loss here. Thanks for any info. Kristi
