GroupWise 5.2.5 Attachment Error

I have a couple users that when then click the "Attach" button in GroupWise, a critical stop box pops up, and says "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down."

It is sporatic, and I cannot find any consistency to this error.

Any help would be appreciated.
