I had a user that is running GroupWise 5.2.5. She was updating her address book, and exited and re-entered GroupWise fine. When she clicks on her Address Book, the system locks up. I imagine it is a corruption of data of some sort. I have been reading about a rebuild of her mailbox, but she will lose all her folders and appointments. Can I Archive everything, then rebuild mailbox, then unarchive everything?
